“I have worked with Midwest Ohio cleaning since the Fall of 2023. At the time that I initially reached out to Heather, I was in need of a service that would be willing to let me identify two to three different problem areas (e.g., deep cleaning of the grout in my kitchen/bathrooms, shampooing floors/rugs, cleaning windows, etc.) each time. Heather responded immediately and set up a time to meet in person to assess my home and needs. She assured me that all of my needs could be met within the companies custom cleaning service plan. We set up a date to begin services and Midwest Ohio has been coming to my home every two weeks ever since! Before each cleaning, I send Heather a list of three to five things that I would like completed-and, 99% of the time, everything on the list is done. After each cleaning, I get a summary of what was accomplished and, if anything was not able to be completed, I am assured that it can be prioritized at the next visit. I also want to speak to how wonderful the team is. They always arrive on time with a smile on their faces. They are even very patient with my two miniature schnauzers who always greet them with lots of barking and sniffing!
